The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis to find out the description of each variable, product moment correlation analysis, and will be continued in multiple linear regression analysis if there is a significant relationship to determine the relationship between variables either simultaneously or partially. The data sources used in this study are: secondary data in this study were obtained from Indonesia's macroeconomic data for 2018-2022. Data on import values ​​were obtained from the publication of data from the Ministry of Trade, data on foreign debt were obtained from publications by Bank Indonesia, and economic growth was obtained from publications from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of the study show that the picture of imports in Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period is in the moderate category. The description of foreign debt in the 2018-2022 period is in the moderate category. The description of Indonesia's economic growth in the 2018-2022 period is in the high category. The results of data processing show that there is a positive relationship between imports and economic growth, but it is not significant. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression with 3 predictors. The results of the study show that women's involvement in parliament and women's involvement as managers, professionals, admins and technicians have no effect on women's work productivity, meanwhile women's participation in the world of work and increasing women's access in the utilization of economic resources against household income. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT.Raihan Cipta Abadi. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population is a sample of 57 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The collected data is processed using SPSS. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the security variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially as evidenced by a sig value of 0.026 &lt;0.05. And the variable health (X2) is the variable that has the most significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially as evidenced by a significance value of 0.030 &lt;0.05. Therefore, in this study hypotheses 1, 2 and 3 are accepted. The financial behavior of the Indonesian people who tend to be consumptive then gives rise to various other irresponsible financial behaviors such as a lack of saving, investing, emergency fund planning and budgeting for the future. This study aims to look at the determinants between the love of money, locus of control, income on ethical perceptions and financial behavior of small and medium enterprises in the city of Makassar and also from a religious perspective. In order to achieve the research objectives and provide answers to the problems posed, this research uses quantitative methods by taking cross-sectional data in the form of responses from employees. These responses will be obtained through surveys both online and non-online using the purposive sampling method, namely the method of giving questionnaires to UKM members who are willing to respond when contacted or visited. The questionnaire proposed was compiled based on questions that have been commonly used in analyzing love of money, locus of control, income, gender and moderating religiosity on ethical perceptions and financial behavior of members. To see the relationship between the variables of this study using multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the work environment hypothesis on employee performance was rejected on the basis of a calculated T value of 0.615 which was less than the T table value of 1.67203. In addition, the organizational culture hypothesis on employee performance was accepted on the basis of a calculated T value of 1.733 which was greater than the T table value of 1.67203. then the results of the correlation coefficient test show that the work environment and organizational culture have a low relationship to employee performance. Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on investment and debt to equity ratio on stock prices at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia,Tbk. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary. The analytical method used at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia in the 2022 period is a multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, the results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained Y = 5.043 0.067X1 0.003X2. Correlation analysis correlation (R) of 0.911. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.955. The results of the F test are Fcount 10.249 &lt; Ftable 19.00 thus ROI and DER have a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Partially the ROI value is tcount (2.752 &lt;4.303) while the DER value is tcount (3.753 &lt;4.303) which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.
