Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi di Yayasan Al Bayan Hidayatullah Makassar. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. metode sampling dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik slovin yaitu sebanyak 55 responden dari populasi 122 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel motivasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Variabel motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, variabel kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi di Yayasan Al Bayan Hidayatullah Makassar.Referensi
